What we collect
When you send a repair request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, town, what your system is doing, and, if you add them, your email address and any notes.
The form also sends a few details about how you found the site: the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags or ad click IDs that were in the link you followed (for example from a Google, Microsoft or Facebook ad). Your browser keeps these in local storage on your device until you clear your browser data. They only reach us if you send the form.
If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
How we use it
To call or email you back, schedule and carry out the work, and keep a record of the job. The referral details tell us which of our listings and ads bring in work, so we can spend less on the ones that don't.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services below that run the website for us.
Services that handle it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf.
- Google Tag Manager loads measurement tools, such as Google Analytics and ad conversion tracking, that record visits and which buttons are used. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers, and the companies that run them handle that data under their own privacy policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, and you can always call instead of using the form.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to do the work, keep job and warranty records, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
